so i'm finding the "lower" houses to be really friendly and genuine, although have to say that this whole virtual thing isn't the best. hard to get the true vibe of a house from a video and quick convos. it was obvious which houses have a lot more youtube experience and / or herberger or cronkite students (film and journalism). that's not really fair to those houses that don't have girls that create slick videos all day every day. but life's not fair, right? anyways i'm not basing my decisions on the videos. i'm a really intuitive person and was looking forward to feeling the vibe at each house (how it feels when the girls are all together)--fake, tense, relaxed, warm, whatever...but that is not happening. anyways, some of the houses have pleasantly surprised me.

jsyk, literally not a single house makes their own videos. they all hire videographers to film and edit them. the houses that seemed more put together just had more money to spend on the video - typically higher dues and more women

just found this site and am glad I didn’t look earlier. no offense to the so-called top houses, but totally vibing with some of the lower houses. (I’d say I’m above average in looks, but really focused on finding authentic friends and finding a balance between school and partying).

just found this site, too. it's kind of like a train wreck. don't want to look, but had to. lol so glad to hear that no one cares, because i really like 2 of the "bottom" houses. but agree that they all seem to have differnt things going for them.

tbh, i was getting sick of hearing "trust the process" over and over again. but even though we're not all the way thru yet, i see what everyone means. top for one person may not be top for another. i'm really excited because even though i have a favorite, there are at least 3 houses i can see myself in. hope it all works out!

same. i'm actually not super into social media, so don't really care about having a top house ig. the overall vibe (not insta vibe) is more important to me.
