Rushing as a Transfer

I just transferred to ASU from a community college this semester which will make me a junior rushing. I’m scared that first round I’m going to get cut from a lot of houses since I’m a junior and I’m worried I won’t have as equal opportunity. I have a pretty high GPA (3.8 college GPA) and I have a super fun and outgoing personality, and I think I’m fairly decent looking lol. I’ve had sororities reach out to me on ig, but idk if that means much. I have my eye on a few “top houses” that I think are cute, but bc I’m a junior transfer I’m worried I won’t get a chance :(

Just give it a try! With being a transfer I am sure a lot of chapters will give you a chance and if they don't then their loss. I'm sure they will be attracted to your high GPA which gives you a one up. Don't get discouraged you'll do amazing <3

Hey! I rushed as a transfer student and I was nervous as heck but honestly you have to trust the process! It can be pretty scary being the oldest one( I was 21) but don’t let that stop you! I found my home and I am so so glad I rushed!
