Honestly, the only way I really remember a girl is if the conversation is like a normal conversation with a friend. When a pnm grills me with questions I don't get to find out anything about her Id rather he wants to talk about herself and learn more about her as a person. Recruiters are meant to lead the conversation so don't stress

Let the recruiter get to know you and your values, bring up volunteer experience and your passions. It could be as little as I am really into astrology or it could be I started my own company last year. At the end of the day the chapters want to get to know the real you so the more you open up the better!
