Social Media Presence

How much of an importance is social media presence for joining a frat/sorority. Is the amount of pictures and follower someone has that important of a defining factor?

some care, some don't. i would say sororities care more about social media on average but honestly your social media most likely won't be a deciding factor unless it's a major outlier (i.e. you don't have any or you have a major following)

Do the top houses care if girls instagrams aren’t cute/asthetic/updated if the girl is pretty?

no they don't as long as there isn't anything inappropriate on them then you are fine!
