Sorority recruitment what they look for

Does anyone know what sororities look for in recruitment? How much of it is grades/looks/personality? Also are they really judging based off of instagram? And which sororities judge what?

If u have a good instagram with lots of followers, then you’re pretty much guaranteed a bid. If not, then it’ll be a bit harder to get a bid

Mostly personality. The other things barely matter.

Looks do count but if you have a great personality it counts less.
Good grades
Leadership
Your application is completely filled out with the video.
Instagram And your application count a lot this year because you will not meet anyone after round 1 so make the application count. Girls that don’t put a video will be at a disadvantage.
Are you able to hold a conversation with an active through the computer? That will be important too.
