To any PNM reading
by: pnmsPnms, if you’re reading this don’t worry about looking a certain way to get in to a sorority. That is honestly bs and something no one cares about. No one really cares what sorority you are in. Just be yourself, it’s a lot less pressure that way! Go for girls that want you for you, not you pretending. ALL of the ASU sororities are great, especially compared to other sororities around the country! ALL sororities have frat connections. Whoever made the last couple posts is laughable and just trying to make people feel bad. Shame on u!

Most pnms will find a sorority they are happy with. All sororities have something for everyone. There is pressure no doubt. There is a lot of typical ranking and bashing on here. That’s how it goes on these sites. But let’s be honest here, there are the pretty popular girl sororities in all greeklife and yes you will see those sororities choosing the prettier girls. That’s just reality. But after rush, you’re over it and will find a home that you’ll be happy with. Everyone is generally nice and accepting.

i wouldn’t say any sorority is “popular.” a little 300 person sorority can’t be popular in a college with over 70,000 people. this isn’t high school 🙄

I agree. Sometimes there are really cool girls in “bottom tier sororities” and there are are also kinda weird girls in the top houses. It all depends

“tiers” are only based on LOOKS. not personality or sisterhood or grades or philanthropy. not to mention, there’s beautiful girls in EVERY sorority.

“competing for sorority relations” so they can do their 2 little philos and 1 social with a year? give me a break. girls in every sorority have connections with guys in every fraternity and vice versa. no one really cares at the end of the day. but whatever makes u feel good 👍

Yes. A lot of what you see on here is self ranking and exaggerated posts. Whatever. PNMs will see for themselves at rush. Looks do count for the top sororities at ASU. I’m not saying it’s all looks but the majority of it yes. Just look at all of the sorority Instagrams. There are tiers in every school. That’s a natural thing. Whoever says looks don’t count is full of it. It depends on what you care about or what you want out of greeklife. All in all it’s a good experience and it’s a good way to make friends.
