Oh alright, Fiji's place is pretty good. But the place where I think Sig ep is at, I can't picture big parties there without them being broken up

Yeah I agree, and FIJI's complex gets broken up by the cops all the time and they are strict.

Not at all. Fiji's place is perfect for parties but Sig Eps new place is right next to rural and could be risky with parties.

Most sorority girls agree that Sig Ep, Sig Chi, and DKE had the best 2011-2012 parties/rush wise. All three of these houses also have complexes for this upcoming year. This isn't to say that those are the best three houses, but that is the general consensus.
