As much as it pains me to say this, it would seem Sig Chi, DKE, and TKE will be getting complexes right next to each other, which will most likely make them the more popular places for girls to go party. It would be best in the rest of us to get on the same street and make that the new row.

It would be to their benefit if they picked some place around south campus/the Vue where currently every fraternity that has a complex is situated on Terrace/Spence/Apache

coming from an outsider, it seems like theta chi is hated on by everyone it reminds me of animal house when the douche bag frat and the administration all sit around and obsess about a bunch of guys who just want to have a good time. i think i want to check out a few houses in the fall, i have a good idea of a few to avoid.
