names of complexes:

alpha sig - the pink panther
theta chi - rainforest appartments
fiji - no name (FIJI complex)
kappa sig - tempe palms
aepi - no name (AEPi complex)
KA - no name (KA complex)

KA's is called Fratican City. Fiji's is called Frastle. AEPI's is called Fratrusalem.

Granted these are nick names

Theta Chi calls their place Jentilly since it is on Jentilly.

Also it is the best fraternity and complex at ASU

theta chi is not the best house at ASU, by reputation or by their building.

Alpha Sig, FIJI and Kappa Sig have better HOUSES (buildings) than theta chi, and calling theta chi the top house is definitely not an opinion shared by most.

The best way to judge who the top house is by looking at who has the most comments, the most comments means theyre the most talked about i.e. most fans and/or haters. Its pretty clear who is the best.

Next year, a decent amount of fraternities will have centralized locations again. The fraternities with complexes will be the top tier.

I agree with you semi, but complex's are majority great for having brothers be closer together. Alpha drive was great because they had courtyards and big common rooms to party in, but complex's do make a better difference but dont say it's top tier.
