fraternity comments

theta chi does have a house and honestly probably the sickest house now since almost all other fraternities have lost their house. Theta chi has a whole apartment complex to themselves right next to campus but still off camppus so its hard for security. Theta chi will be on top this year

one of TKE's houses got a 90 day last night. cant even party right

don't conclude top houses till after rush, we'll see who gets the best pledge classes

my money is on Pi Kapp to surprise everyone this year with a huge rush class. I think FIJI will climb the ranks too while the houses that used to be on the ROW struggle big time

After the row is torn down its all going to be about who is biggest and most powerful nationally. Alumni, etc...So Sig nu, theta chi, sig chi, SAE, Sig ep, tke, lambda chi...if your fraternity is under 200 chapters then your probably going to be stuck being a bottom feeder. Have fun.

get off this site and actually meet some greeks!! houses you should check out- alpha sig, theta chi, SAE and sig nu!!!

Personally, I don't hang out with ANY of those frats in "winners" comment. You never see them around either so obviously they arent well known. And as for "houses" comment, all of those fraternities are HUGE nationally. Educate yourself.

after walkaround and visiting a houses heres my HONEST opinion.

sig nu- house is legit, just all the guys are tools and dont wanna surround myself with them.

delta chi-great group of guys but even told me they dont throw ragers but small partys.athletic

theta chi-great group of guys, nice house, off campus, and soon to be legit. def will be top house

sae largest frat nationally but smoke too much weed.

sig chi- all douches, arent helpful at all.

fiji-athletic, nice dudes, chill

alpha sig-legit house, good group of guys, gentleman.
