That's devastating. Are there any plans of rebuilding the row? All of greek life should come together and push for this to happen. Having a row is essential.

many of the fraternities have leased entire apartment complexes on Spence, across the street from sanora. This street is becoming the new fraternity row, and soon it'll be just as legit as alpha dr.

is a sketch neighborhood full of crackheads. Girls tell me all the time that being around there sketches them out. We need something better. I would crack up if DSig colonized while half of Alpha Sig still pledged there, but I just don't think it'll happen. Sig Nu might just show some character and not try to start a new fraternity

that everyone assumes that once you lose your charter the guys are just gonna start a new fraternity. This is why ASU is NF. No one loves their letters here. Initiation rituals obviously mean nothing. Learning their fraternity's education means nothing. Instead people just love being Greek

it won't happen anytime soon. ASU is not pro-greek.

I've written a paper on this topic, and I feel we do have reasons and convincing factors to push for on-campus housing. Having been forced away from the row, we've basically been forced to look at other housing arrangements like complexes and houses around Tempe, away from campus. This basically increases the liability and range for which incidents and problems would occur, now that we're in residential areas and not within the vicinity of campus. This is a safety concern for other residents in the city of Tempe, and makes the job a whole lot more difficult for law enforcement within Tempe. If we were to use this to convince ASU that it was less of a liability and easier to keep tabs on fraternities if they were within the boundaries of campus, that may just be a good enough reason for them to consider the option of rebuilding the row. It would only work if IFC fraternities actually cooperated and came to Crowe and ASU as a whole, and came up with ideas to raise the funds to rebuild
