now that half the houses are gone, this is what we have:

top: sig nu theta chi sig ep
average: tke sig chi
lower: kappa sig pi kapp ka

the rest are not worth mentioning

as far as those looking to rush a well balanced fraternity that parties and dominates campus involvement at the same time... the three options would be pi kapp, fiji, and sigma chi. the rest of them are a joke.

ok guys that are trying to figure out what frat to join, heres an honest ranking coming from a girl from the best sorirty at asu. Alpha Chi Omega. not saying this because it's my sorority ask anyone. biggest mistake i see guys making is rushing for a house on the row, ASU frat row will be gone in a few years so theres no point going for a house on the row.

top
Phi sigma kappa (psk)- likes to party, and they are definitely the classy good looking guys that like to have fun.
Sig phi Epsilon (sig ep)- lots of campus involvement, some parties but some of the guys are douches, but good overall.
Tke(tau kappa epsilon)- up and coming, will be good in a few years. lots of athletes.

mid
Theta chi
Sig Chi
Sig Nu- they are hott and know how to party but they are on probation.
lambda chi alpha
bottom
sig pi
fiji
sae

rest of the frats no one knows or cares about.
