Definitely rush a fraternity with a house.

Have houses:
-Theta Chi
-KA
-FIJI
-Kappa Sig
-Alpha Sig
-SAE

The rest don't have houses and aren't worth looking at

They are apartment complexes not houses. Not even a big deal.

There are a few fraternities on that list that dont live in a complex and still have better parties from what I've experienced. Rush a fraternity that best suits becausr over half on the list below are a joke.

It's hillarious that PiKapp is on top on this website, and that PSK and Sigma Pi are still listed. Make a page for phi psi and pike while you're at it.

So what if they have complexes? They still have something, which is a lot more then half of the fraternities. Secondly,having a house isn't only for the parties. It is a great place for brothers to hang out.

my fraternity is in the process of getting a place on spence, but I don't want to publicize which one that is until it is 100%. That will be in a few weeks (after we come back from break).

too bad asu pi kapp is a bunch of geeds trying to dress fratty. Bids are like candy from them. Also, AZ is not in the south. I actually am though, and it's hillarious to see all you west coast bros get on TFM and all of the sudden change.I
