Sig Nu is now Alpha Delta Phi. New last yr so not on the list yet, but know some of the guys from back home. Went to a couple of parties with them so far. They got spots at W6 and Vue

Iam from orange county california what frat would be best for me?

I don't think getting 5 to 10 new sig nus will do anythings for that house. they are so terrible it hurts to even consider them greek. actually no i wont consider them greek. STAY AWAY

Sig Ep: the best house but their last class wasn't too good and they're are vulnerable with not having a great location on campus and also other houses are catching up to them. they aren't as good without their house.
Dke:have some good guys but their reputation is based off of old sigma pis.dke hasnt solidify themselves yet
Sig Chi: used to be good but in all honestly havent seen much campus presence from them. One of the best nationally but i feel like only the dude from jimmy tatros videos is known in this chapter.
Kappa Sig: This house sucked but in the past year has done a lot of work. They have a sick complex and some good guys besides a couple of weird dudes in their house. their complex is in a great location it's up to them to make good parties
Tke: not terrible as many think. theyve made a lot of improvements. solid house but their reputation will always follow them. they give bids to everyone and arent very fratty

Theta Chi: Big house. not your typical fraternity. very diverse and many of their members are meatheads. lots of partying. fun house. aren't very involved.
Pi Kap: Very involved. They do everything right except party. Girls like them because theyre involved but they don't pull and many are considered friends by girls but nothing more
Lambda Chi: very smart house. No hazing whatsoever along with Pi Kapp. top gpa and some good athletes but a lot of goons in their house.
These are the houses worth looking at. the rest arent. i tried to be the most honest with this rating. rushees you'll find the right house when youre rushing
