umm coming from a girl , I don’t even go to pi kapp but it’s common knowledge that pi kapp does have really good relations with all chapters and top tier daygers behind sig chi/dke. fiji has mediocre relations with one or two houses and KA has no relations besides pi phi.

Sig Nu is a glorified Phi Kappa Theta. If anything swap them with Phi Tau and then drop Sig Nu below Sig Tau
