asu sorority recruitment

Recruitment for a sorority at ASU is pathetic. What house you get in is basically based off of 75% looks, 20% the clothes you wear, and MAYBE 5% your actual conversations. Why bother doing recruitment why don't they just stand around and give bids to girls they think are good-looking enough to be in their sorority.

I agree, this years recruitment was a joke. But a lot of beautiful girls got no bids to some houses. I think it was more of ... who you know and who you kissed up to this year in recruitment. It certainly made no sense.

Idk, I feel like what everyone considers a "bottom house" are the houses that actually recruited girls that wanted in, in that sorority because of actual conversations and sisterhood. It's a shame though because now I walk around campus and hear girls in Theta and Alpha Phi and DG and Pi Phi talking smack about other sororities and girls IN THEIR OWN SORORITY... And that just paints such a bad image for them. Makes it hard for people like me who are considering rushing next year to pick a sorority worth staying in..
