Is DZ really that fun??
by: <3I'm coming to asu next year and am mosty excited abt the greek life obvi. I'm big on parties and am known as the life of the party at my high school. I know sisterhood isn't abt the parties but let's be real, it def is kinda important!! I hear Delta Zeta is a pretty easygoing chapter and is fun for parties!! I'm a blonde and am working on my natural tan soo I'm pretty sure I'll get in I just wonder if it's worth it??? What do you guys think?? Thanks so much

so all sororities party, that’s just the nature of college. go through formal recruitment and get to know the chapters! don’t limit yourself to certain houses bc of the stereotypes or social media. when you do formal recruitment, you’re guaranteed a bid as long as you’re not rude to chapters, drop the process, or suicide rush. every chapter has something great to offer to the pan community!

DZ is pretty cool, but, that's all they're knowned for. I suggest looking into all the chapters because there is something for everyone and if you put your focus on just one, you may not get a bid at all and that's what sucks! I'm sure there will be a chapter that will love you, just don't put all your eggs in one basket is all.

Um well I've wanted to be a part of a sorority for the longest time now tbh. Deciding which chapter to look into is the dilemma I'm facing, not whether to join one at all. Partying is important to me bc that's just the type of person I am. Partying isn't THE reason I want to join, but it certainly is one of them hahaha. But that's good to know in case I don't get any bids tho I'm sure I'll be fine. Thx for ur help ur sweet (:

Hi. I get that partying is important to you, but you can get that in any sorority. Freshmen year is lonely because you don’t know many people yet, and is probably the worst year of college. Being in any house is better than being in no house, so don’t turn down any offers.

that's so true. I rlly wanna make the most out of ALL 4 years of college so I'm trying to pledge asap.
