Frat ranks heading into fall 2020

These are the rankings I would put for kids coming up to rush in this next fall.This spring got cut short, so this is gonna be based off of the past school year.Keep in mind that these are my personal opinions with explanations. not trying to bash anyone :)

Upper Mid:
Pikapp
KA
Fiji

Mid:
Pike
Ksig
Chi phi
Sig Tau
Phi Tau

Lower Mid:
Sig Pi
Sig Nu
Alpha Sig

Explanations:
I put sig chi first because I think that they made the most noise this semester from their best parties. I would consider putting them lower, because they are not that involved on campus, but they definitely made their name stick out the most to me. Their parties may not always be the best, but sigchella spoke for itself. Next we got Delta Sig, and I put them next because I would say they are the most consistent with their party turnouts. I put Lambda on the same level as dsig recently because they still have their reputation and have a lot of good looking guys. Their parties are also a hit or miss, but a lot of top house girls always make them packed. Pikapp took a really big hit, but it didn't seem that it effected them at all as they stayed the same with great parties and being really involved on campus. KA has really stood out over these past semesters and have good parties, especially daygers. They are super involved on campus as well. I would say fiji like dsig is also very consistent with good parties and they are above average on pretty much everything with their chapter. Normally I would say pike is higher, but recently they have not been involved, and throw inconsistent parties. They are also very selective on the girls they hang out with. Ksig is only mid right now because of their reputation they used to have, but have been going downhill fast. I would say chi phi and sig tau have both been on the come up and have been climbing up the ranks recently. They have been getting decent pledge classes and have some very fun parties. Phi tau and Sae are similar to the ones above, and though sae is new, both have been able to keep up with some decent parties. I don't have much to say about the rest, but they were relevant enough for me to add on the list.
