what are the houses rated by? what's the criteria?

So I see ya all fighting over your house rankings...what actually is the criteria you all are using to rank the houses? I mean how are you basing your ranks.....grades, community service, niceness, looks, sisterhood or is it just how many guys you sleep with, who can drink the most, police records, slit times and being an overall snob. I'm an outside looking in and all your posts make no sense. It all just seems like a bunch of high schooling bashing. Someone please give me an honest explanation what goes into a top house? I mean don't all the houses have good qualities??
