APhi and DZ are the top houses because they’re the most attractive AND the most fun. Fraternities would much rather party with these houses than anybody else.
PiPhi is still very attractive, the girls just aren’t that fun to be around and a majority of them aren’t the nicest. AXO’s are much nicer than PiPhi’s, but they aren’t quite as attractive and they’re more boring.
There’s a big drop off in attractiveness at this point (no offense, but it’s honest).
DG, KKG, and Theta all have top house quality girls, but those girls make up the minority in each of these sororities.
DG leads the pack because they’re the most consistent. They go out the most, they’re the most fun, and they have the best fraternity relations of this tier. KKG doesn’t really stick to one or two fraternities, which both helps and hurts their reputation. Fraternities like having them, but no fraternity really has a strong relationship with them. Theta’s relationship with Lambda’s B-Team is the only thing keeping them relevant. If Lambda wasn’t a thing Theta would be lower mid because they have terrible relations with almost every other fraternity.
Kappa Delta has risen quite a bit these past couple years. They’re a rowdier, but less attractive version of DZ. ChiO is as nice, sweet, and respectable as it gets. Nothing bad to say about them.

Somebody (Theta) deleted my question so I’ll just ask it again. Why does Lambda even associate themselves with Theta?? Theta is the most overrated sorority on campus and given that Lambda is almost a top house you’d think they’d start associating with better sororities. Like go after APhis, DZs, and AXOs and leave those sorry Thetas behind

Because every lambda knows they can hit up any theta they want and the girl will be over in minutes to suck them off

Lambda just like the other good houses doesn’t just associate with one house, they associate with the other top house sororities too it’s just they get compared to theta most because they are both know for being smart, that’s it, but Theta baby you need to step your game up!
