curious about chi phi?

Kinda curious why so many people hate on Chi Phi.. I know some of their guys are questionable but every party I have been to has been so much fun I dont get it

Every time a mid tier chapter throws a banger, either the top house frat rats or other frats come on here to bash them because it kills them to see someone say something positive about anyone who isn’t top.
