Delta Sig is probably the top house at ASU now that Sig Ep got kicked off. Delta Sig has the highest quality guys and throws the most consistent parties at ASU. Sig Chi definitely took a step back last semester, but they still party harder than any other fraternity on a pretty consistent basis.
Lambda would be a top house if half their guys didn't look like middle tier rejects. It also doesn't help that half their A team are literally just social bids. Pike is a lot better than people give them credit for, but they really only attract one or two types of girls so their growth is limited. PiKapp is hanging on by a thread at this point. Their nationals killed all the positive momentum they had as a fraternity, and I wouldn't be surprised to see them fall pretty hard this next semester. Fiji is above average in everything they do, but not necessarily good at anything either.
KA is the best middle tier fraternity by default. Their letters hold a lot of national appeal, and even though most girls hate them, the girls that like them LOVE them. Kappa Sig hasn't had a good pledge class in years, and if it weren't for their reputation they'd probably be at the bottom of the middle tier by now. Chi Phi would be a couple spots higher if everybody didn't hate them so much. They throw great parties, but don't really have any more appeal than that. Phi Tau is consistently inconsistent. They throw surprisingly good parties and have a lot of top tier guys, but they also throw some real stinkers and have a lot of lower tier guys too. Sig Pi is pretty much just a lesser version of Phi Tau. Some good, some bad, and not much in between. SAE's lack of a pledge process has led to some questionable guys getting in. Their parties have been pretty good lately, but they're going to need to start sorting out the creeps if they want to grow any more.
Sig Nu has some of the nicest guys on campus, but also some of the weirdest. If they keep taking steps forward they could start to make some noise. Until then, they're the best of the below average. Sig Tau fell off a cliff the past year and a half. Everything about them has been declining and they need to turn it around quick. Alpha Sig and Delt are the same fraternities. They both throw good parties, but they both only really attract lower tier sorority girls.
Phi Kappa Theta and Acacia are both really smart and both try really hard, but neither knows how to party and until they figure out how neither will grow much.

who wrote this? I cant imagine a girl that goes to lambda also goes to Acacia??? This has to be some middle tier loser trying to say theyre “middle” when they are really bottom. Lets be honest, lambda, delta sig, sig chi, and maybe pi kapp are the only good ones. the rest are all equally bad just in different ways

They have played the same middle of the pack frat for a while now. Probably 2 years at this point. They also hurt themselves by taking dropped kids from other fraternities.
