Smaller chapters always do spring recruitment. For bigger chapters it will depend on what total is set to. Any chapter under total will recruit.

Idk about DG but spring rush is COB so each chapter picks their own schedule. Some have already finished spring rush and some won’t start maybe for a couple weeks
