fraternity rankings heading into spring 2020

I thought the other post was pretty good, it was just a little off in a couple spots.

Top:
Delta Sig
Sig Chi

Lambda

(Delta Sig is known for its looks, Sig Chi its parties, and lambda its grades. I have lambda a little lower because they have terrible parties 90% of the time... regardless, these are the top 3 right now)

UpperMid:
PiKapp
Pike
Fiji
KA

(PiKapp is barely holding on at this point. Their membership review ruined any chance they had at taking lambda down. Pike is pike, and KA and Fiji both have name recognition that go along with good parties)

Mid:
Kappa Sig
Chi Phi
Phi Tau
Sig Pi
SAE

(Kappa Sig doesn’t throw down like it used to, and the hazing allegations combined with steadily declining recruiting efforts have really hurt them. Nobody likes chi phi but they throw down hard. Phi Tau and Sig Pi are pretty similar , Phi Tau is just more well liked. Nobody likes SAE either, but every time a top house gets axed SAE gets stronger because they absorb a lot of the axed guys)

LowerMid:
Sig Nu
Sig Tau
Alpha Sig
Delt
Phi Kappa Theta
Phi Psi

(Sig Nu is steadily rising, but not liked much by fraternities. Sig Tau’s coolest members all graduated and now Sig Tau honestly sucks. Alpha Sig and Delt are pretty much the same fraternity, kind of ratchet overall. Phi Kappa Theta is a slightly lesser Sig Nu at this point. Phi Psi tries really hard and eventually it will pay off)

There’s a lot of other fraternities, but these are the 18 worth knowing.
