is there a preferred classman?

I'm thinking about possibly rushing when I transfer as a junior and I was wondering, do frats prefer sophomores rather than juniors during bids because they can be members on campus longer?

Yeah fraternities prefer sophomores but getting a bid as a junior isn’t unheard of. Especially if you’re a transfer, fraternities understand that that’s the first semester you could actually rush. Plus, chances are you’ll have to add a semester or two because not all your credits will transfer anyway
