In all honesty you should just rush and see which house fits you. The multicultural ones are more focused on true brotherhood/ sisterhood so your not gonna find out who’s the “top” one on this site.

tbh if you’re a minority id advise going multicultural rather than pan/ifc. may not have nearly as dominant as a presence as pan & ifc but are far more focused on brother/sisterhood which at the end of the day should be considered more important than a silly rank
