is greeklife like highschool?

I want to join a fraternity because of the brotherhood aspect not for popularity. Is greek life like high school again? I don't want it to be but if it is then it's whatever. Please answer honestly

It definitely is, and I guarantee you'll rush a house because it's top not because of "brotherhood".

Unfortunately, it has all the pettiness/fa gg otry of high school combined with the seriousness of adult life. TBH the worst of both worlds.
