what i’ve heard so far being in asu

Okay, so some of the things below is what I’ve heard so far at ASU, especially being in a Sorority. I’m going to list houses that have relevancy (always hear about, always have a party, always doing something at Sorority Houses, and always talked about)
Sororities Relevancy (not in order) - APhi, DZ, Pi Phi, AXO, DG
I always hear these sororities because they’re constantly getting involve with Greek Life and constantly have Events/Philos and my guy friends seem to talk about girls in these sororities more than the other sororities.
Fraternities Relevancy (not in order) - Lambda, Sig Ep, Sig Chi, FIJI, Pi Kapp, and a little bit of Sig Tau.
I always hear of these houses every week from someone because it’s either their throwing down, coming in to sorority chapters, doing something for sororities in their houses, or just my girls talking about them in general. Sig Chi, FIJI, Pi Kapp are the parties I hear about the most, but Sig Ep, Lambda has pretty hot guys.
These are only what I’ve heard from being in ASU Greek Life for a few months, what would you guys say you hear just from being here???

Sig Ep has been the most controversial of the mid-top tiers. Has a shoddy rep with a lot of girls but they also have a few groupies. Rumors of them going dry hurts their rush this year and might have already hurt them last year. So basically, they're mid tier and falling.

In all honesty, if the new alcohol ban was the sole reason a potential new member didn't want to join SigEp they likely wouldn't be a good fit for SigEp. Alcohol has become a central focus of fraternity life and we want to demonstrate clearly that SigEp's priorities lie with preparing our men to become confident, values based leaders.

SigEp's substance-free policy helps ensure that our chapter house i not become haven for illegal underage drinking. Our chapter home is an environment in which it is easy to do right and hard to do wrong. The policy makes our chapter facility safer for members, guests, parents, resident scholars and faculty allies. Our substance-free house attracts top recruits to SigEp.
