why tf did sig tau have a lot of pnms

For a middle-tier, at best, fraternity, why did they have more PNMs come out than a lot of the better houses? Like there are way better options boys

Just because they got a lot of guys doesn’t mean they got good ones... size is great unless that size consists of straight goobers. And as far as I know Sig Tau has some a lot of those
