I thought it was weird that AGD had girls from University of Nevada Las Vegas recruiting. Does that mean they aren’t on campus?

I was curious about them too. I talked to an alum which was kinda odd. She was nice and all but it left me wondering if they are even a real chapter. Do they have actual current members or not really?

There were 1600+ girls that went through recruitment! Alpha gam has always been a small chapter. When I went through recruitment last year, I had a girl straight up tell me that they were smaller than most of the sororities at asu. It wasn’t for me, but I really admired her honesty. Yeah, they needed help, but if you’re a pnm who enjoyed your time there, see what happens after next week? They are a “real” chapter just like any other one

Yeah they are smaller right now so makes sense they need some help with the record number of girls going through recruitment. Doesn’t mean they aren’t on campus or aren’t a real chapter. Just means they need help recruiting but I would still give them a chance.

I heard from my older sister 3 years ago they were the largest house. Why did everyone drop? Should I be worried about joining if everyone drops?

I'm not an agd, but i heard from a friend in it that they had some internal membership issues that have since been resolved. i know it can be hard to not let friends or family / outside forces influence your opinion on a chapter, but i promise you will get the best experience out of recruitment if you judge the houses based on how YOU feel about them when you're there instead of what others say. at the end of the day, you're the one in the chapter, not them! <3 good luck with recruitment

honestly most of the houses ended up being really great. i had a hard time choosing my top choices. but i would say i liked aopi, agd, chi o, kkg, sigma kappa, and dg.

I actually really enjoyed adpi it was so hype and the girls I talked to were so full of energy!! Also sigma kappa was loads of fun!!!
