I'm a freshman girl and my friends and I keep getting invited to go to frat parties... is it bad to go to frat parties before/ during rush! I don't want to get blacklisted but I also don't want to miss out on a fun time.

Don’t go. Trust me. Pan literally tells you not to go out. Why not just listen to them.

DO NOT GO OUT DURING THE WEEKS OF RECRUITMENT. YOU LITERALLY CAN GET DROPPED FROM THE PROCESS. PLEASE JUST DON'T FOR 2 WEEKS. They tell you not to go out for a reason you will have plenty of time to go out during the school year.
