sorority rec’s???

do we need rec letters for sorority?

Technically no. Most sororities will give you an invite into round two with one even if you fall on the do not invite back list. Recruitment is competitive and a rec can help you. also, it can put you on a chapters interest list if you meet their membership qualifications.

If you get one make sure it’s someone you actually know well or it is just kinda weird. I would say try to stick to family & friends.

tbh it is nice to get a rec with factual information especially a GPA that is verified. Even if they don't know the PNM your still getting good information.

that's literally not true lmao, rec letters aren't big in the west like they are in the south. can be helpful but not a big deal if you don't have one
