I’m not saying they have fallen off. They’ve just become less relevant this semester. It’s not that they’re doing anything wrong, they just seem like they are a frat that’s just there. Meanwhile, SAE, Delt and Sig Nu all seem to be more talked whether their talked about positively or negatively

even though Alpha Sig does throw better parties, they did not recruit that well at all spring semester. Sig Nu does often talk the talk rather than walk the walk but they can say they are above the bottom

Anyone that says Sig Nu is still bottom is just a mid house who’s afraid of being below them

Sig Nu isn’t all the way on the bottom but they’re definitely a bottom house. And no Sig Nu, it isn’t only mid tier houses that hate you... most fraternities top, mid, or bottom hate you

Yeah but being hated by everyone doesn’t justify them being a bottom house. In all honesty they have bottom and middle house qualities, and have a mix of bottom and middle house guys. They definitely aren’t on the level houses like chi phi or sig tau are but also are clearly above all the bottom houses, which just makes them nothing other than lower mid

True but at the end of the day looks are the biggest determination of the top house. Nobody touches APhi in looks, and those girls love to go out almost as much as DZs. When DZ is the most highly sought after sorority they can claim the top spot

dz and aphi are pretty equal in looks, most girls pref aphi and dz and end up in one or the other

Aphi pledge class was weak last year and they lost most of their top girls this summer

If anything I think APhi’s 2018 PC made them better. They may not have been as good looking as other APhi classes, but they are a lot more diverse and actually have nice girls, which APhi has not been known for in the past. Not to mention they still have a better looking PC than others.
Having said all this, the original comment is right. DZ should be considered top. APhi is still the better sorority in the looks department, but DZ is for sure above them in every other department. DZ doesn’t have THE most friendly girls on campus, but they are more outgoing and at least friendlier overall than APhi.
