getting a bid as a junior

ngl sororities prefer freshman to further and sometimes build the sorority for four years. they want women who will pay dues for four years too. its not impossible to get a bid as a junior but straight up itll be harder to get one from top houses since there are a lot of incoming freshman who want those houses too

you can get a bid as a junior if you have super good grades, can carry a conversation and you bring something to the table. honestly for my chapter it depends on how many juniors we have. we will back fill to keep classes more even but typically the biggest class in a chapter is the sophomore class.
