Right now:
Sig Chi
Sig Ep
Sig Tau
Sig Pi
SAE
Sig Nu
Sig Chi and Sig Ep are the top houses at ASU so it’s honestly just which one you prefer between those two. Nobody really likes Sig Tau and they’re honestly on the decline but they’ll hold this spot for now. Sig Pi went from being super underrated to on the decline real quick... however they’re still better than SAE and Sig Nu and anybody who says otherwise is probably an SAE or Sig Nu lol. SAE parties surprisingly well, but their lack of brotherhood and respect among greeklife hurts them. Sig Nu is the opposite in that they’ve got a good brotherhood and tons of respect, but they have probably the worst parties out of any fraternity worth a damn... Despite their flaws; however, SAE and Sig Nu will probably rise above Sig Tau and Sig Pi soon

this is so true, SAE and SigNu probably know they suck at those things you mentioned, but they’ll get better as they get more guys. I see Sig Pi and Sig Tau going down because their guys in c/o 19 and 20 are starting to go away and their new guys are not helping them

From the list of IFC chapters,
ΣΧ, ΣΦΕ,
ΣΝ, ΣΤΓ
ΣΠ, ΣΑΕ,
ΣΑΜ.
I would rate all 7 based on popularity and name with 4 tiers. Some obviously have better parties than others and some are larger than others. But I think all are on the rise, aside from Sig Pi which has slightly fallen behind, and SAE still being new they could do better with their brotherhood. Sig Nu and Sig Tau are improving. Sig chi and sig ep always have good parties but many consider them to be dumb as bricks or they haze too much. ΣΑΜ has always been a smaller name, they are involved but could improve their size

That's pretty much spot on, speaking on Sammy and SAE I think are both solid, Sammy being small and has a great brotherhood but could improve their size. SAE on the other hand has a good size but could improve their brotherhood. I've seen them both be involved in philos and we've done community service with both of them.
But we won't know how any of the 7 do until rush is over and parties start

Fam like would you put them up with sig chi and sig ep, just because they are in the same tier as sig nu doesn’t mean they are the same, they are better but we can’t be creating tiers for every minor fraternity. That way we would have 10+ tiers
