I'm an incoming freshman, is it true that Kappa sig and DKE the only ELITE fraternities left at ASU?

its pretty cool that the deke guys are a part of several organizations. not only are they dekes, but they were in sigma pi, and are also members of the homecoming committee at tempe high school
