by: HmDoes anyone even think the new Delta Sig will amount to anything, considering how Alpha Sig is made up of many of their former members and they took a ton of weridos for their recolonization

what are you talking about, sig ep next year will crash along with all frats that are based around complexes. the new law makes a whole complex able to recieve a 90 day form the cops, instead of just how the individual rooms can. means no more partys for the frats with no actuall houses and just a complex.

Almost every good fraternity has run into some degree of trouble over the last two years, so tiers change a lot based on who is or isn't in trouble and if someone loses their charter. But Delta Sig is pretty terrible so I doubt we'll see them get anywhere. Shame too, they were a good fraternity back in the day

Haha Delta Sig will not be approaching the top next semester. You guys will be a joke until the top and middle fraternities get kicked off campus leaving you GEEDS left.
