ya the kids go through a tough pledge process at KA, only to realize they are a joke of a fraternity.

What do u mean by a reason? Just like to teach life lessons or cause they have a tradition of hazing for a long time?

When SigEp's Balanced Man Program is properly executed it perfectly aligns with year-round recruitment. Self-paced challenges allow for members to enter and exit challenges at their own pace. Let's say the chapter recruits a member in October. The members in the Sigma challenge have completed three of the eight Sigma Challenge meetings that semester. Have the new member join the rest of the members in the Sigma challenge for the remaining five meetings. Then he can attend the first three meetings the next semester.

Sig EP is a joke throughout all college campuses especially here at ASU. Joining Sig EP is an admission of failure and that you were rejected for membership by every other fraternity at ASU and Sig EP was your only choice.
