Kappa sig, Lambda, Delta Sig, and Pike. Sigep lost all hype, Pikapp doesn't create buzz, and Fiji is stationary. OFC is an option but its definitely tougher for them to keep improving, and usually have a hard tome recruiting.

DKE and Sig Chi still pull pretty solid numbers in comparison with the on campus frats if not better and same amount of quality guys.

Kap Sig, Pike, Lambda, Dsig, Sigep are the ones worth checking out. Just a heads up though sigep has been falling down for a few semesters now and not sure how much trouble ksig or pike are with the school

Once greek village is built all the frats that follow the rules will spike up since they'll be the only ones allowed in and that will really entice a lot of people to want to get a bid with them. OFC are going to drop in popularity once that happens.

The Greek village Is going to be such a failure you don't even understand. No top tier frat will be wanting to move ia large amount of people in there; sanctions will be the only reason it gets occupied

Lot of you frat guys need to stop pretending like it's awesome renting out sections of apartment complexes instead of having your own actual chapter homes. There's a reason why most other greek schools crap on this school. Anyone who can is going to try and get into the village once it's up. They know that they will get way more people trying to pledge than others who won't get in.

Seriously, the Greek village will not be a success. $7,900 per person, just to share a room with someone? No amenities with it either. And you clearly won't have any control over it as it's owned by the University.
Bottom tier will run the Greek village

Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity
Meeting of the National Board of Directors - April 8 and 9, 2016

Substance-Free Housing

Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.
