You don't really need to join a frat if you're over 21 at ASU because theres plenty more to do than house parties with 18-20 year olds lol. But, if you honestly want something to be a part of, have a brotherhood, then yeah for sure go for it. Plus, older guys in the frat will still hit house parties they throw every now and then, plus other parties so you'd get that experience too.
I'll be really honest though man, most places may overlook you(top tier esp.) because of your age, so you really have to bring something to the table that appeals to them or stands out amongst others like being able to pull girls easily, have your funds together, stronger GPA, be a really cool dude they vibe with instantly. They will expect since you're older that you're seasoned with partying and essentials, and being the man with girls. So really its not a bad thing, it'll just be frowned upon by everyone at first. But you can change that.
