Let's settle this debate once and for all since the schools seems split on which place is superior. Both are regarded as top places to stay and party at, so which one is best? List out positives and negatives for both in addition to answering:
Which has best parties?
Most parties?
Best pool parties?
Hottest neighbors?
Coolest neighbors?
Chillest security staff?
Best guest policy?
One thing you could change about either?

So you have a bunch of critera for the places except for the actual niceness of the complex itself....

I say The District just cause Hub can have some crap rooms.

University House. Better pool parties, better neighbors, closer to campus and football field. District is filthy in the hallways.
