off campus frats

Ranking only seems to be based off looks, partying, and popularity; and nothing else. And they have to really make these 4 years count because after it's all downhill for them which is depressing for them since most will only be 21-23 at by that point in their life....

they are completely irrelevant, you can never be a top tier frat if you aren't on campus

there is no on campus housing. At other schools, being off campus would mean not being a part of greek row and potentially being the only frat without a house. That is not an issue here since there is no housing on campus. So the only "on campus" things to miss out on are things like greek week and greek intramural. And off campus frats just play sports in the non-greek intramural. In short, nothing that is actually a major factor of greek life has anything to do with being "on campus" since without a greek row, every fraternity basically operates off campus.
