I'm gonna move to the District next semester, and I will be paying half the rent while my parents pay the other half. But some kids just have rich parents who pay their rent for them (which is fine).

If you get the 4 bedroom units they aren't that expensive per person. This is with the exception of West 6th of course. That place is $$$
