2017 accurate fraternity descriptions

(in order)
Top Tier:
Lambda - Top house, guys are academic, but also very good looking. Well rounded fraternity
Kappa Sig - Sold number two spot. A lot of very attractive guys, and great parties
Sig Ep - Used to be top house. Still a great house, but not top

Upper Middle:
Delta Sig - consistently good looking pledge classes, this could be their year they shine. Sorority relations could be a little bit better
DKE - party hard, only thing is that hot guys and parties is all they have (bcuz off campus)
Pi Kapp - moving up in the rankings after the last 2 pledge classes. Similar to lambda they are focused on academics & have universally good sorority relations.
Pike - lots of fun parties, but also lots of guys. Have the most members out of all of the fraternities

Middle:
Fiji - Partiers no doubt. have fallen off a little recently. Complex that they have is awesome.
Sig Tau - Definitely rising, but still have some work to do.
Kappa Alpha - their plex was a good move, but they need to improve their sorority relations if they want to remain relevant
Sigma Pi - doing a lot better, but have to do a lot more to move up

Lower Middle:
DTD - Good at intramural sports, but not very big on much else.
Sigma Chi - Fun guys, but they are off campus, and parties are just alright.
Chi Phi - Not what they rank themselves on this site to be, but definitely a fraternity on the rise
Alpha Sig - they fell off hard with their suspensions. Maybe they will revive in a couple years.
