sig ep and kappas sig

Y'all have been saying Sig ep is falling forever now. How long are they gunna be "falling" for until they hit bottom??? Anyways I see Sig Ep and Kappa Sig being top house next year cause Sig ep is getting a Plex and will still have s bunch of houses. Kappa Sig cause they have a bunch of chill guys and girls like them.

Neither will be top tier when the majority of their PC are rejects of Lambda Chi, honestly there is no comparison with these wannabe and the #1 fraternity in a tier by themselves Lambda Chi Alpha.
