I found the retard in DKE. let me simplify it for you since the context was obvious: dke is a joke nationally, it is a running joke of a fraternity. Only at asu with it's subpar greek life could allow such a joke as a top tier fraternity.

DKE is one of the oldest ffraternities and has the most presidents in the United Sttes who are alumni of DKE. They're not that irrelevant nationally? Maybe just exclusive
