the district or university house?

I'm planning on moving after this semester ends, and I'm debating between The District and University House. I was wondering which one you guys think is better.

District is way better. I live at the hub right now and the only really benefit I see vs the district is the view, that is if you live on the higher floors.

Thanks, Im transferring to ASU next semester and didn't know where to live.

Do you know if they actually try to match you with people you'll get along with?
