How does a frat that used to be top, get dropped down to middle?

If they take bad pledge classes in a row, or don't have houses to party at, or if they get put on probation for too long. But for the most part It all comes down to the members of the fraternity

New guys don't attract girls. They do terrible in school. They get the chapter in trouble. They don't make a presence anymore on campus. They don't have parties or off school events.
