honest description of top tier fraternities

Top Tier at ASU (No Order):
Lambda Chi - Got some cute and smart guys. Very respectful to woman and have good campus involvement. Parties are average and they do A LOT of self ranking on here.
Kappa Sigma - Some hot guys but are lacking in brains. Some guys are douchey to woman. Great brotherhood and they love to rage (good parties). Great relations with Alpha Phi
DKE - Hottest guys at ASU. Known for there hot guys and insane parties. Also have great brotherhood and know how to have fun and hold a conversation. That is about it though, they are off campus and have bad relations with most other Frats. Are also extremely arrogant and douchey. Also heard you only get invited to there parties if your pretty and they kick out overweight girls.
Sig Ep- A lot to be said about Sig Ep. This is the first year I wouldn't consider them top house. There newer pledge classes are weak and they are falling off. Older guys are great all around and the few parties they do have are pretty fun. They need to pull in some good pledge classes to stay strong.
FIJI: Debatably Upper-mid tier depending who you ask. Guys are very smart and complete gentlemen. Great campus involvement and gpa. However, there parties aren't that fun and some of the guys are boring. They also lack some in the looks department.

They still have big party houses, a lot of their brothers go to sorority socials, and they throw their own philos. Cops show up to their parties too but they have so many people at them the cops can't kick everyone out like the cops so easily do about said peasant fraternities.
