why wouldnt you live in the greek village

My fraternity is gonna not apply for it. but i have hear alot are, why isn't mine like im a pledge so they dont tell me much but why wouldnt we live there.

it's the same BS ASU has been trying to sell the student body since 2002 when they started tearing down adelphi dr and putting fraternity members in adelphi.

Your chapter may not have enough interest or members. It will be expensive and dumb. It also has community bathrooms and shared bedrooms

Why would any chapter pay out the a$s to live in what is basically a nicer dorm? Just get a freakin plex if you want to live together. There are practically thounsands of apt complexes in Tempe, I guarantee you can find one to rent if you try.
